The time you become hoggish, and wish to get "lucky", is the time you lose all of your money. Sounds a little weird, but it appears to be true. It seems the only time I ever come away with money is when I don't worry about blowing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other night with $20in my pocket. I couldn't care less about blowing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in just 1 hour!

A different time I headed to the casino with my friend Charles. I took with me one hundred dollars that I could not bear to squander. I got hoggish, I got scared, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 30 mins! The lesson my friends is never ever wager anymore than you can manage to lose. If you don't care about losing, you have a greater opportunity of succeeding big!

What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they come up occasionally, but they don't hit enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Only wager on even bets for example black, red, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first dozen, second 12, third dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay relatively high.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else might we further elevate our chances of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our friend, instead of our opposition. "You can not succeed at Roulette", my buddy Chris would say to me. "It's absolutely arbitrary because any number might come up". Yes, my friend Steve has a point, however at the same time, he is missing a crucial aspect of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black can hit 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
