The time you become gluttonous, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your cash. Sounds a bit absurd, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever win money is when I do not panic about blowing it. I headed to the the casino last evening with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn't care less about blowing it, I mean, what is $20? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 in profit in one hour!

Another occassion I was at the casino with my friend Jeff. I took with me 100 dollars that I couldn't stand to squander. I got gluttonous, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson my friends is do not bet more than you are able to squander. If you don't worry about squandering, you have a lot more opportunity of succeeding big!

What other ways can you improve your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Yes, they hit every once in a while, but they do not hit enough to ensure a steady profit. Only bet on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like 1st dozen, 2nd dozen, 3rd 12, etc Wager on odds that pay out relatively big.

With the basic rules covered, how else might we further increase our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our friend, as opposed to our enemy. "You can not be a winner at Roulette", my friend Matt would say to me. "It is absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my friend Ben does have a point, but at the same instance, he is overlooking a critical aspect of the picture. I totally agree, red or black might be landed on 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
